Academic Support for Online Students
UNM Center for Academic Support (CAPS)
For undergraduate students, there are online tutoring services and the Online Writing Lab. OWL gives personalized feedback on outlines and rough drafts. They will even review resumes and cover letters. And papers may be submitted in English, Spanish, or any language taught at UNM. GrOWL, the Graduate Online Writing Lab offers similar services for graduate students.
UNM instructors do see improvement in the students who visit CAPS.
