Program Overview

The undergraduate minor in Community Health Education is a non-teaching undergraduate program offered to students majoring in all disciplines except Health Education. It complements, though is not limited to, majors in nutrition, exercise science, and other health related fields.

Minor Requirements

The fully online program requires 18 credit hours of Health Education coursework and eligible students would have completed most general education and college requirements.

Who is Eligible?

Students admitted to an undergraduate Accelerated Online Program and students otherwise interested in an undergraduate online education option are eligible for the minor in Community Health Education. An interested student would connect with an academic advisor to discuss whether the minor in Community Health Education is suitable.
