Professional Development Programs

UNM Continuing Education offers valuable learning opportunities and certification programs that invest in New Mexico’s local workforce and economy while also providing a means for lifelong education and personal improvement.

UNM Continuing Education’s Professional Development Programs are designed to help participants gain new skills, strengthen resumes, provide CEUs, and help build pathways to professional certification and better career opportunities.

Professional development programs do not earn college credits. Financial aid and scholarships do not apply to Continuing Education courses.

Courses offered through Continuing Education do not require admission into the university. Paying for courses through Continuing Education is handled directly through their billing department.
