UNM's Student Health & Counseling is committed to providing quality health care to foster student success. SHAC offers telehealth options to online students and a variety of virtual workshops. As a UNM student, you have access to free, 24/7 virtual health care services and support through UNM TimelyCare, including on-demand medical care, mental health and emotional support, basic needs assistance, and health coaching all without requiring health insurance.

Recreational Services*

The mission of the Recreational Services Department is to provide a wide variety of opportunities to enhance the recreational and cultural experiences of UNM students. Online students can take advantage of their services on and off campus, including Johnson Gym, recreational programs, and the outdoor adventure center.
